At my work, there is an ‘in box’ for all my emails. Sometimes within a 24 hour period there can be as many as 250 messages setting in that box. It's SPAM - junk mail, or is it? As I begin to looked through them, to my surprise there are notes from dear friends, a response from an important leader and a form that I was needing to move on a with a project. Sitting in the middle of my SPAM was vital, important messages.
My mind tends to be like the ‘in box’ on my computer. All day long I allow for input and it can collect faster than I can process. It can be hard to filter the important and essentials from the not so vital information. Starting my day with a new message from my loving heavenly Father is a good place to begin. A message received and sent by prayer, praise and scriptures as He reminds me of my value and the truth of His love in my life.
